- [Instructor] Dynamics 365 Customer Service can be configured and customized to meet an organization's needs. Configuration gives you the ability to use the out-of-the-box configuration tools to make changes to the system without having to use any code. Here are just a few configuration examples. Site map configurations, creating or editing system forms, removing or adding columns to a form, creating new views or modifying existing ones, creating new charts or modifying existing ones, creating or modifying dashboards. The environment you will be accessing might look a little different than the one I'll be using during this course.
