- A few months ago, I was meeting with my business coach. And yes, even coaches need coaches. She and I were talking about my plans for the upcoming year and how I was going to reach my goals. I started spouting off ideas and next steps for how I could execute one of my priorities. When she put a hand up and said, "Hold on. Let's take a step back. Why are you even doing this? What are you really trying to achieve?" It was a great question and one that can apply to almost any area of your life, especially when making tough career decisions.
