What conflict can look like
- Every team will experience conflict. The team leader's job is to identify the root of the conflict and come to an acceptable resolution as quickly as possible. Not everyone will be happy with the outcome in such situations. But leaving the conflict unresolved will negatively impact team performance and morale. In this meeting, the team leader, Kim, is asking for input on improving call center manager performance. They're not hitting their metrics, and there are moral problems on their teams. Lets hear the ideas the team brings to the table. - I'm really excited to hear your ideas on how we can improve call center manager performance. What did you come up with? - I think that we should go with a blended learning approach that combines all nine training videos, books and in-person coaching.
