Our behaviors, actions, thinking shape our character, personality, and propensity and how we respond to others, particularly those who are different. So how as managers, can we start to shift how we see and respond to others who are different from us? In this video, we will explore what diversity experts Russell, Tolbert, and Wilderman describes as the four cornerstones of diversity development.
