- [Instructor] As you know, a project is nothing without a team. Adding the right mix of team members is crucial. I'll guide you through adding the right people to your team for async collaboration as we build on the work from last time. Remember inviting people is actually really simple. Let's navigate share on the top right in blue and here you can enter members of your team just by entering their email addresses. I'll add one here. You'll also define their roles, whether they're an admin, an editor, or a commenter. Let's click out and then you can choose to add a quick note to them, something like, "Hey Jean, adding you to this new project FYI." And you can choose to toggle whether to notify them when new tasks are added. I don't want to bombard them, so I'll just click send. And then now you can see all of the members added to your team. Let's click out. Now for task assignment. This is really helpful for understanding who needs to do what by when. So let's click on a task. So for…
