- [Instructor] Today we're focusing on how to effectively use the list board timeline and Calendar views to track progress with the right lens. What's special about Asana is a flexibility to toggle between these different views. So let's start with our view, the List view. The List view is your all in one task catalog. It's simple and versatile where you can organize tasks into custom sections and manage them like a dynamic spreadsheet. For example, I can move the resources column before or after certain sections, like planning. I'm going to move it back to the top where I want them. And then next, for the Board view. The Board view offers a Kanban style approach. It's perfect for tracking tasks through various stages, especially helpful for people who may be more visual. So resources, planning, milestones, comms plan, everything that we've had in the List view, but in this Kanban format.
