- [Instructor] What happens, then, when we run out of storage space? Well, there are a couple of different possibilities. If we need more storage space we could buy more storage space. Increasing the amount of storage space that we have for our customer engagement apps. But perhaps we can't do that. And by the way, that shouldn't be what we choose to do first. We should evaluate and see if perhaps there's a way to free some up. I tend to think of freeing up storage space as who it affects the most. And I'd rather not affect the business or my users.
