- [Instructor] In this section, we'll be covering some of the shared features of Dynamics 365. These are features that are shared among the other Dynamics 365 applications. These shared features include the customers and activities, the product catalog, price lists, discounts and currencies, cases and resources. And this makes sense because it doesn't really matter which application you're using, you're going to need to pull this information. Let's review each of these in a little bit more detail, starting off with customers. We covered customers in detail in the customer service chapter. The three customers that you're going to find in Dynamics 365 that will be shared across the various applications are a business to business customer, a business to consumer customer, and a hybrid customer, which is a combination of both.
