- [Instructor] It's now time to review the reporting capabilities that you need to know for the exam. Dynamics 365 includes built-in reporting. You can view reports in dashboards, charts, views, and using the Report Wizard. You would use the Report Wizard to create customized reports. Let's review our other three options starting with dashboards. A dashboard is an interactive view of chart. It provides a single pane of glass, so you can quickly view all of the data. There are also charts. Charts are the lists that can be used to drill down, to get more details. And finally, we have views. It's within views that you can filter your data and you can create additional views if you want to. And finally, let's touch on analyzing data.
