- Have you ever heard feedback is a gift? Most times it is. Here are three quick tips to remember, before you give it to someone. Number one, be timely and relevant, talk about events or actions that happened recently. Two, make sure you give feedback on the action not their personal qualities. And three, the best feedback is direct but handled with care and trust. Make sure that the other person knows you're saying this feedback because you want to see them improve. Keep those three things in mind and give that gift of feedback. Good luck.
