- Navisworks has a nice feature called tags, which allows you to add notes that can then be cycled through so that you don't miss any of them. In order to add these tags, the first thing that I'm going to do is go to a save viewpoint. In this case, I'm going to go to Big Tree, which is underneath today's date, so just click the little plus sign over here. And now I'm going to click on Big Tree. Now, this was all annotation that had been added already to this view. Now I'm going to add a tag. I'm going to click where I want an arrow pointing to come over here to where the tag should be at. And for the comment, I'm going to say "change color to green" and click on OK. Now the next thing that I want to do is move to a slightly different location. So what I'll do is I'll just click right here where we've got the arrow. I'll hold down my middle mouse button, and then just move the view. so I'm looking up like…
