- [Instructor] If a project is changing rapidly, another way that you may want to distribute the file is to publish the file. The reason why I say if a project is changing rapidly is that by coming up here to the big N, and going to Publish, you'll get this Publish dialog box where you can put a title to the project, a subject, any other information that you want. But also you can password protect it. This means that only individuals that have the password can then open up the file. Also, you can set an expiration date to it. If you set the expiration date, that means that anybody who enters in the password is able to open up the file will only be able to do that until that expiration date hits. Once that expiration date goes by, that file will no longer open. They'll have to request a new file or download the latest and greatest file that has the newest information inside of it.
