Save viewpoints

- [Instructor] A viewpoint is a saved view. And there's a couple different reasons why you may want to have a saved viewpoint. The first reason why you may want to save viewpoint is just to get back to an area that you want to review at a later time. The second reason why you want to save viewpoint is that they are required if you're going to do any redlining or comments inside of a view, because those redlines and comments are saved inside of the viewpoint itself. Now, let's take a look at what a viewpoint actually is. Over here, on the right-hand side, I have saved viewpoints. And we can see that there's already some saved viewpoints here inside that Saved Viewpoints. Now, these came from the original Revit model, because when you bring Revit models in, it'll actually bring those saved viewpoints from the Revit model into the Navisworks model.
