A study done by sleep researchers at Baylor University found that after a person made a to-do list, they fell asleep nine minutes faster, than those who wrote about the task they accomplished that day. And researchers found, the more detailed the list, the faster participants fell asleep. Creating multiple to-do lists is a simple and effective way to manage your time.
