I want to share with you how applying this method will improve your ability to prioritize and create clear, concise and well thought out task lists. Back in 1918, Charles M. Schwab, one of the richest men in the world at the time called Ivy Lee who knew how easy it is to find distractions. As the president of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation, the largest ship builder and the second largest steel producer in America at the time, Schwab felt his team could be more productive. While Lee agreed to help, he wouldn't accept payment unless Schwab felt his consulting made a difference after three weeks.
