(bright music) - [Leo] Hi, my name is Leo Alvarado. In this video we are going to cover how to create an Oracle Database home on the Exadata Database Service on dedicated infrastructure. Let's begin by opening the navigation menu of your OCI console. Under the Oracle Database, click Exadata on Oracle Public Cloud. Choose your compartment, and select the VM cluster to which you want to create the Oracle Database home on. Under the Resources, click Database Homes. Click Create Database Home. Provide a display name for the database home and choose a database image. This data means what Oracle Database version is used for the database. Click Change Database Image to use an older Oracle published image or a custom database software image. After choosing a software image, click on Select. Click on Show Advanced Options to apply tags for your Oracle Database home. Then click Create. You can monitor the status and…
