(upbeat music) - Let me share a short scenario with you followed by a few questions. Based on what we've covered so far in this course, listen to the scenario and consider your answers to the questions. After I present the scenario, I'll take a short pause and then give you my answers and the rationale for why I chose them. Here's the scenario. You've been asked to manage a project to replace a company's 25 year old finance system. Because the hardware for the system has become obsolete. The business has chosen a standard finance package that requires configuration to implement. The finance area uses their existing system extensively, but also exports data into a lot of spreadsheets where additional analysis and reports are produced. The finance department knows they desperately need to change their system, but they're wary of losing the ability to perform their analysis and create customized reports as they do today.…
