In this segment, we'll outline current and proposed legislation that outlines best practice guidelines on collecting and protecting IoT data. Industry and governments are actively discussing the IoT as they recognize the many benefits for homes, cars, manufacturing, and agricultural operations. Along with the benefits, there is a responsibility of protecting consumer data. First, let's talk about concerns when collecting IoT data.
