- [Instructor] Booking and scheduling guests is one of the most time consuming tasks for a podcaster. Luckily, scheduling websites make it easier. Still, we can go even further, let's see how. First, I can't stress enough the importance of a scheduling website. You can select your availability, they do the time zone math, and it'll send emails and calendar invites. It'll also connect to Zapier, and once it's set up, you don't really have to think about it. This prevents the "when's good for you?" dance. Contrast this with the back and forth of what time works for you and, "oh, I'm in the Eastern Standard time, so that's minus five hours GMT." You can end up with a time zone error, or rescheduling the interview. Then you have to worry about sending the calendar invites, setting up the calls, and then sending the email reminders yourself.
