If you're in the real estate business, there are many types of businesses that you could add on that complement and add value. You want it to build on what you're doing, not distract. If you have two totally different tracks that you're running that don't relate to each other and don't leverage the resources, the knowledge, the money, the tools and the materials that you're using, it could very well be a distraction. And as you're building a business and as you're running a business, you're not looking for distractions, you're looking for value-adds. So does this leverage your current systems and personnel?
