To know me is to trust me. That's right. My team, my friends, my clients and my family can all attest that I am their confidant. The one that they trust with their dreams, goals, fears, hurts, and deepest secrets. And I take this seriously, and with great pride because I know that trust must be earned. What does it mean to have this kind of trust? On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest and one being the lowest, how trustworthy are you? Now, jot down a few reasons why you gave yourself this rating in the notebook feature. Trust is the foundation of effective leadership and is a fundamental element in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
