That kind of service felt like a luxury, that or you live in Oregon, New Jersey, South Africa, Indonesia, or Egypt where attendants are still common or even mandatory, but definitely not in Utah like I do. I pump my own gas. On the other hand, maybe you also remember booking flights and hotels by phone, where you would call up a travel agent or the airline or a hotel and really kind of hope for the best.
