I found this course very helpful. I have been working remotely for many years but feel more and more isolated. Human interaction is very important to me and learning some of these tips is definitely going to improve my attitude about the isolation. Yes, these seem straightforward and should be practised regularly, but from experience, it is easy to not establish these habits therefore, making yourself feel like you are on an island, away from the team.
I highly recommend this short course.
