- The other day, I was using ChatGPT to help me write copy for my coaching business. I realized the result did not resonate with my diverse audience, and I'm not the only one who has encountered this. AI has biases that are still being worked out. Before you start manifesting a career switch using AI, it's important to understand the ethical considerations and limitations of AI. First, AI is a tool and doesn't make choices. You are a human and you have the privilege of making choices. AI can provide you with some great options, but you must ultimately decide what you want. You get to choose if you want to talk to a certain person or apply for a job. AI cannot choose for you. Second, consider data privacy. Be aware of what information you are sharing and how it could be used. One of my mentors gave me this piece of advice I'll share with you now.
