Common ground through standardization

- [Instructor] Standardization doesn't sound very user centered, but instead of guessing how to work together, this builds a bridge on what that should look like. Documenting how UX fits inside Agile, what common tools are used, or even where things are located, makes it easier for the team to get things done. What does standardizing entail? Some examples would be defining how UX works inside Agile with the developers, when to bring UX into a project and how, even defining what UX means, or even what the word design means. Optimizing processes and workflows is about how to work more efficiently. Providing governance and the digital strategy of policies and advocacy like an input form for design requests. Tools and methods across UX can be standardized for working with product and development. It's pretty common to be doing presentations on how UX works and how UX works with others.
