Design ops and why it matters
- [Dee Sadler] Welcome. In this course, we're going to give you an overview of DesignOps and how it might work for you and your organization. DesignOps is a companion to BizOps, DevOps, SalesOps, et cetera. It's focused on the UX team and how to help that team grow and work effectively with business, developers and product. In the first chapter, we're going to focus on how DesignOps works inside agile. How it helps collaboration, the design process, workflows, as well as how to grow a UX team. In chapter two, it's all about how to work with the developers, collaboration, design systems and deliverables. Chapter three is about keeping our stakeholders happy and meeting their expectations, plus deliverables. And finally, how to best measure that success and a glimpse into ResearchOps. DesignOps is a methodology or a role. Next we're going to look at how others are using it and how we can work together.
