Developing a common ground for stakeholders

- [Instructor] Setting expectations and developing a common ground is often called stakeholder management, but I'd rather pull the stakeholders along for the ride through collaboration. Helping define this as how design ops can help. As we look at managing those expectations, what they want to see is results. Project success is paramount to those expectations. Stakeholder mapping lets the UX team know who your stakeholders are. The next step should be some stakeholder interviews to make sure you know exactly what their expectations are. For design ops, a central repository helps everyone find what they need. Clearly define UX's role in the process before design work begins, when to bring UX in and how we work with all other stakeholders.
