- UX is about outcomes, not outputs. This time our stakeholders are business and product, instead of only the developers. The deliverables are different for this group. This is also the opportunity to show that UX isn't about making things pretty. UX is the user advocate and creates a product with their pain points and needs in mind. We have two main stakeholders when it comes to presenting UX work, the general group who worked side-by-side with the team, but needs to see user research findings, prototypes, and such, and then the executive stakeholders who want numbers and why we did what we did and the measurement of success. Since agile is at the heart of modern development, I'll use that methodology to describe the deliverables at the various stages of investments, epics, features, and stories.
