(upbeat music) - Residential real estate has many common attributes with commercial real estates, but there are a few differences. The main one is obviously that people will live there and not work. So things like the school district, the location of the nearest firehouse and the natural beauty of the neighborhood means quite a bit more to residential real estate. So the type of tenant or owner that the real estate property attracts will be quite different than the one looking for commercial real estate. What should you showcase in a residential real estate property? First things first, if you're unsure, ask the client. There is nothing wrong with that. Better to get more information from the get-go, then not deliver what you need to deliver to make the client happy. - So, location, not just the physical location as in the street address, but the neighborhood. I would also show the beauty of the neighborhoods.…
