<Change has always been good> When I look at this video, it makes me think of so many things. When I see the Woman who has a Bakery line that showed up for her, I immediately thought of Crowdstrikes party @RSA, and the line they had around the door. How I had to come back twice to be able to SHOW UP in community. I can only hope people to show up for me like that. Today, my husbands back at the hospital with his Sister. She lost a lot of blood yesterday, still trying to correct her clot, and this is the 5th hospitalization since the C Incident. God puts us in peoples paths for a reason. I’ve always known the divinity behind me, though I may not see it in all cases. I continue to see the positives, in a difficult situation. I’m watching my husband feel helpless and hopeless, never giving himself enough credit for what he does. He gave a kidney 18 years ago, and while I wanted so many others in his family to step up for the match, no one wanted to be that person that could step up for another. Then, my Mother has an emergency Gall Bladder surgery due to a perforated Gall Bladder that nearly killed her. She was spared, I settled her back at home and then I literally came out of one hospital and went into another for the kidney procedure. I was put on Performance Plan when I returned. Naturally, there’s no one making the numbers while I’m out. It was a test of my resilience, one I didn’t appreciate at the time, but I griped, endured it, and came out the Victor. I remember it was a painful time for me that It made me question whether Sales was for me anymore. Its not a kind industry. Now that most people have been near leveled in their confidences in an imperfect world, can we now take it to heart about the changes in the industry that are needed, for the Warriors pushing forward thru the most difficult of mental challenges? I’m standing for -Human kindness -Human Rights to be Law -For the disabled -For lives to be saved -For Workplace culture improvements amongst busy professionals -For Gods children no matter the color of their skin -For future generations -Cybersecurity -Sales Training -FMLA I forgave my Mgmt, and learned to let it go, because if I held it, it only hurts me. You will all learn that Sales is a very hard Profession. It will challenge you alongside everything else you have going on. Many of you are doing your greatest works under challenge, as I am too. As battered as we are, we come with our whole selves working on getting better, improving, with big hearts, and hopefully trying to come together in community for all the right reasons in support of another. Change has always been good for me. It’s made me love my work, and even more hopeful now than ever about my innovative future. I positively embrace me making changes and I’m hoping that communities of people will now finally come together for one another. Embrace positivity Let the negative go! Embrace the Family Medical Leave Act.
