If you hire interns through our programme and you're not a Community Member... ask yourself, why not? We are a charity. Like so many other incredible initiatives on a mission to build a better world, we rely on funding to support what we do. We also happen to work with corporates... Over 1,000 organisations have been through our programme since 2020 Only 13% of those organisations have ever donated to support our mission. Our groundbreaking internship programmes are free to use at the point of use! As is all of our training, events, and alumni programming (for students AND organisations) Why? Because the issue of underrepresentation is a social change issue We believe in people. We believe they will make this change. And we believe this will take everyone! That means everyone needs to be able to engage From the smallest SMEs with no HR department hiring incredible Black talent and changing their organisations to the students that need our financial support to travel to their interviews, to the training for all those who weren't successful in securing an internship this year... To all our organisations welcoming interns this summer: this IS your Corporate Social Responsibility. DM me !! (and read about our amazing community members below) Community memberships is just £2,500 pa
