At Venn, we work in teams to tackle chronic health issues. By collaborating and co-managing cases together, we achieve what the industry calls an "integrated" approach that brings together all our skills and collective knowledge in real-time to get the best health outcomes. This is a no-brainer, as we move into a time of increased automation and reliance on collaboration and communication skills it is important to take mental health into account. Highmark Health recently announced the integration of #mentalhealth into its health plan portal with Spring Health's platform, serving more than 4,500 employers and health plans. It’s evidence that health systems are taking a close look at what primary care really means.
