Kicking off the long autumn series at the Strategy Talk Real Estate event in Helsinki on September 5th (https://lnkd.in/ePA3m6gB) ! New EU Commission legislations and regulations such as SFDR, CSDR, ESRS, CSDDD, EEDR are impacting, in a drastic way, the whole value chain of real estate. Companies will have to design strategies aimed at incorporating those imminent changes. I will also give a glimpse of the future regulations expected soon.   Technology is one of the ways to tackle those challenges ahead. We will talk about investment numbers, data, trends on EU Contech & PropTech. Europe has a vast array of unique programs which PropTech companies and real estate companies can benefit from: InvestEU, Life, Interreg, Horizon Europe, etc. Or the famous Space for Green Construction program designed with the European Space Agency. Last but not least, I will give a very precise presentation of ESG  versus   IMPACT investing. I will present what exactly is IMPACT and how IMPACT is now the cornerstone for all investments from EU institutions as from 2024.
