HUD’s decision to allow dual role professionals to receive compensation on both the real estate transaction and the mortgage loan was a tectonic shift in our industry yet many are either confused at best, if not completely unaware of this change and the opportunity that it affords for real estate professionals to create control, leverage, and income.
