Mindset for Growth - the theme of our annual North America Sales Conference. I couldn't be more energized by the conversations we had in the room. We didn’t discuss specific products nor focus on sales numbers, we talked about how we can deliver best-in-class solutions and services for our clients. When others may be pulling back and/or distracted, our goal is to do more, not less. Focus and stability were the two words I heard permeate the sessions and that is what you can continue to expect from Capital Group in the years to come.
