More doors closing in retail and the people affected are staying positive and making the most of their time with each other 💖 That's what a retail family is all about. Please support the store managers, district managers, supervisors and the staff looking for work across the country. Your retail skills are valuable and absolutely transferable into almost any field. For anyone hiring here is a day in the life....You talk to anyone who comes in. You watch the KPIs and coach the staff to drive performance. You teach life skills to entry level employees and hold accountable grown adults. You multi-task like you have a legion of people in the building while really managing payroll to the quarter hour. You have difficult conversations and console your people with every day struggles in and out of work. You havetalk professionally and without judgment to individuals who lost their mind over a policy you can't change. You keep the place clean and visually gorgeous every day. And you do it all with a smile and an earpiece on. I see you. I support you. I am here if you want to comment, complain, or cry. That's what family is for. It is all about our people. #retail #love #thestruggleisreal #hiring
We got the news on Wednesday that our location is closing. I have to be honest I’m still in that denial stage… but the first thing that came to my mind was “ omg my people ! “ and how I was going to break down this news to them. It hasn’t been easy but my team and I came together and we decided we are going to make the best of it. We are going to celebrate all the small wins from now til our doors close and cherish all our moments together💫

Automation taken to another level: www.rmote.health Revolutionising Primary NHS Care with Patient-Led Automation 🌟🚀 In today's digital age, the power of automation is transforming industries across the board. But what if I told you that the next big leap in healthcare could come from patient-led automation? 🤖💡 Imagine a world where an app, designed by and for patients, could streamline primary NHS care, making it more efficient and patient-centric. Here’s how this innovation can make a difference: 🌍 Empowering Patients: By using a patient-led app, individuals can take charge of their health journey. They can book appointments, access medical records, and even receive personalised health advice at their fingertips. ⌛ Reducing Waiting Times: Automation in primary NHS care can cut down on administrative tasks, allowing healthcare professionals to focus on what truly matters – patient care. Fewer delays mean faster treatments and better outcomes! 📊 Improving Data Accuracy: With automated data entry and management, the likelihood of errors decreases. This ensures that healthcare providers have accurate, up-to-date information to make informed decisions. 🔄 Enhancing Continuity of Care: An integrated app can seamlessly connect patients with multiple healthcare providers, ensuring that their care is consistent and well-coordinated, no matter where they are. 💬 Facilitating Communication: Automated reminders, notifications, and messaging through the app can keep patients informed and engaged, leading to higher adherence to treatment plans and follow-up appointments. This isn't just a tech upgrade; it's a paradigm shift. Patient-led automation isn’t about replacing the human touch – it's about enhancing it, making primary NHS care more responsive and personalised. Let’s embrace the potential of automation to build a healthcare system that listens, learns, and leads with the patient at its heart. ❤️🔧 #HealthcareInnovation #NHSCare #PatientLed #Automation #DigitalHealth #HealthcareRevolution #PrimaryCare #PatientCentric Would you like more information on how patient-led apps can revolutionise healthcare? Feel free to reach out and let’s discuss! 🌟📲

Brand and Marketing Strategist | Brand Builder | I help companies accelerate revenue growth connecting customers to shared brand values from the inside out.
Ask any sales or marketing professional… Launching new products and building new territories is not easy. Over a year ago my husband, Dean Peaple , joined this company to launch a new division of window coverings. Through operations and production challenges, changes in leadership and the minimal marketing support common with ‘startups’ - my husband never gave up! I have watched him be tenacious and creative, using common sense, guerilla tactics, and teamwork- always finding a way. I know the road is long, - and I admire my husbands patience and perseverance. When you work hard and see a reward with a Win like this- you have to celebrate! Most of us are so busy doing the work we do- we forget to take time to celebrate the wins. It’s as easy as 123… 1. Take a moment to reflect on your wins 2. Be proud of your accomplishments, 3. Share your gratitude with those that helped you achieve your goals. Celebrate the Wins!
And the 2024 People's Choice Award for Product(s) I Would Like in My Home goes to Rowley Company! Congrats!

Have you met Lucas Fonseca with Language Matters? Earlier this week, Lucas visited Ferguson to talk about his business, which offers cultural coaching and consulting services as well as language tutoring and translation services. For marketers like me, it's great to lean on someone like Lucas to help with communicating. If you are looking for someone to help you bridge the language and culture gaps, Lucas is your person!
Thank you Jaclyn Goldsborough for inviting me to meet your team at Ferguson! I enjoyed our conversation and I look forward to collaborating with you and your team in the near future!

I use to have a “Little Wins” dinner every Thursday with two of my friends. We’d go around the table celebrating our wins for the week — no matter how big or small. Because research shows that recognizing our achievements, even little ones, can boost: ✅ Mood ✅ Motivation ✅ Productivity ✅ Performance Sadly, these dinners stopped when we moved to different cities. But I still find ways to praise my progress. Here’s one way: 1.) Create a table with a column for: ☑ Date ☑ Achievement ☑ Opportunity (made available by the achievement) ☑ Metric(s) 2.) At the end of each week, write down 3 (or more) achievements 3.) Celebrate yourself! This method has helped me: ✅ Land corporate promotions ✅ Gain courage when experiencing self-doubt ✅ Recognize progress on my entrepreneurial journey ——— Our brains are designed to look for problems. That’s why we dwell on failures more than achievements. But don’t be so quick to discount your progress. Comment with a win you’re celebrating this week. So I can cheer you on. 👏🏼 *Here we are celebrating our wins at a winery on CA's Central Coast in 2017.

Prior to Bravura, I had 6-7 different companies which all had success in their own way, but none were largely successful and in many cases ended in complete failure. After each failure I would learn how to come back bigger and better, however, never did I think that I could reach the heights that my partner jace cunnane and I have reached. So, after a year of being in business I wanted to take some time to reflect on some things I’ve learned along the way. Networking is the key to success in any industry, and I’ve found that the utilization of old and new connections is a large part of our success at Bravura. Fostering new and unique relationships, especially with those who are like-minded, helps lay down the stepping stones towards success. Resource management is also vital for any business, whether that be how you allocate your funds, utilize your assets, or manage manpower, all are so important towards longevity. Allocating funds properly is much easier in the beginning, however at scale you run into issues like overspending which I had never imagined to ever be an issue. Manpower management and being able to properly manage your employees is another skill that does not come overnight. Being able to properly manage your relationships whilst maintaining success can prove to be a difficult task, but this task’s success is vital for the growth of the overall business. Finding people to outsource to and training people to do your job is part of the beauty of starting your own business. Being a good leader and teacher is important in this regard, lack of this gives your business a lower ceiling thus holding you back from your business’s full potential. Finally, after being in the social media space for almost a decade, I’ve come to realize the sheer power of media. Your life can be changed overnight by just one post. That being said, I am so thankful to be given the opportunity and the ability to master social media. I cannot wait to see what the rest of the year has in store for our journey towards success here at Bravura.
Two months ago, we hit our companies one year mark of being in business. A month after that, we hit our goal of one million dollars in sales! A small achievement in our eyes as we are aiming to 3x our sales before our two year mark, but still something to celebrate nonetheless. Congratulations team!
