I’m 7 weeks into my new career with Axon and I’m loving it! Here’s a little recap: I’ve been traveling to numerous cities meeting with clients and getting to know my team members. Everyone has been incredibly accepting and have always gone out of their way to help me learn. Unfortunately, five weeks into my new employment, my wife and I lost our baby. In response, my leadership team immediately offered me whatever time off I needed, constantly checked in with me, and sent my wife flowers and meals. My wife and I spoke about this often and were in shock at how well we were treated with being so new to the company. What other words can you use to describe this except for, “WOW” - It’s something I will be forever grateful for and I can only hope to lead in the same capacity. It’s by far the best decision I’ve made to make the jump. The benefits are extremely good, but for me, the work culture is everything!!!!!!
