This is very true except for number 1, 1 will only get you there. The other 8 are what will keep you there, number 1 will not come up again until the other 8 start to breakdown. Number 1 won’t work anymore if the other 8 have decayed beyond repair.
True story!
Excellent outline. To this I would add that work is not seen as the whole of the employee's life but just one expression. Spiritual, home, and community involvement is integrated in a life well lived.
You can still do all that, an ungrateful employee will still leave.
I think 1st one is the most important reason among others. That’s why it must be put to the 1st line of the order. Sometimes some job offers coming to me from different organizations but after a very long interview they reveal the amount to be offered to me and all i feel may be a huge disappointment. If the person you offer job doesn’t get satisfied with the amount you offer then why do you steal his/her time? The job offering companies must be pretty tactful in this issue i think. What is your opinion?
So does wives and husbands 👀
If you have an employee that wants to get involved in your company, keep them as long as you can! They will be loyal and work harder than others to make sure the company succeeds!
Watch out for no. 3, challenged can have negative consequences for some people
Appreciated, value and paid are qualities that need to be implemented more in every company.

2yI believe the order is reversed. Most of the research shows that employees (according to employees) want to be valued by their organization and valued by their manager as top 2. Of course, valued means paid well, but it is much more than that. Research also shows that employers think employees want money as number one. It is that disconnect that leads to mass exit.
