What is Runners Pledge? 1. Get folks to move. Virtual 5k's are a low barrier to entry and something you can do with friends. 2. We donate a percentage of registration earnings to various non-profits. We are also accepting suggestions of non-profits for future 5k's. 3. Spread awareness for runner safety. More and more women are coming forward regarding the harassment they've experienced. We hope to contribute to awareness and education to communities to put a stop to senseless harassment and attacks on women runners/walker/hikers.
