Israel has cultivated a thriving ecosystem for #RVP (Remote-Piloted Vehicle) start-ups. Diverse applications of RPVs include agriculture, surveillance and security, aerial photography and cinematography, environmental monitoring, infrastructure inspection, and delivery. A market review by 360 Business Center Research company published In September 2023 found the global RPVs market size estimated at $276.8B in 2022 and expected to climb to $827.7B in 2028. According to IVC Data and Insights, 129 Israeli tech companies are developing products for the RPV (Remote-Piloted Vehicle) market. Between 2014 and Q3/2023, Israeli RPV companies raised $1.88B in 243 deals. Exits of Israeli RPV companies totaled $644M in 23 deals (2014-Q3/2023). Had fun representing vigram at the event of our Reseller GEOdrones / geoplana Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and speaking about how our #viDoc redefines #surveying in #construction #projects. Most of the visitors were #surveyors and knew well about the struggle of driving all day long from #jobsite to jobsite for #measuring the length of #utility #trenches, #volumeestimations of #stockpiles, #stakeout of #points, #lines and #polygons etc. Surveyors provide #accurate #measurements for #invoicing purposes and a reasonable #projectdocumentation for a seamless #handover. Because of the high dependency on the surveyor, #foremen often need to be patient when waiting for the surveyor to get to their jobsite. The pressure rises especially when having open utility trenches, that must be closed by end of the day due to #safetyrisks.
