I am feeling honoured that I have been awarded "Stellar Performance Award" for my good offices at EXL. It wouldn't be possible in such short span without my manager Gaurav Pahwa who continuously guided and supervised me at each and every step of ladder to succeed. In addition, I would thank to my manager Gaurav Pahwa and my team members who aided me at every moment in clearing doubt, understanding tough concept of statistics and even in small query. Although as many as things still left in EXL to grasp and assuredly I'll put my hundred💯 percent to capture all small and big opportunities. #exl #analytics #modelling #statistics

I’m thrilled to share EXL's first quarter 2024 results as we kick off the year with strong growth. We've achieved revenue of $436M, up 9% YoY, and adjusted EPS grew to $0.38, an 8.9% increase YoY. This performance is a testament to our effective data and AI-led strategy and our team's exceptional execution. In Analytics, we delivered revenue of $191 million for the quarter, up 5% sequentially and year-over-year as a result of continued strong double-digit growth in healthcare payment integrity and data management. Our digital operations and solutions segment particularly shone, posting a 12% YoY increase, with significant contributions from our insurance and emerging segments. Based on our strong performance in the first quarter, we have raised the lower end of our full-year guidance range for both revenue and EPS, underscoring our commitment to innovation and excellence. Our winning data and AI-led strategy, consistent execution by our talented and dedicated team, and our focus on solving our client’s problems with scalable solutions position us well to deliver industry-leading performance for the remainder of 2024 and beyond. #ThisIsEXL #OneEXL #DriveYourBusinessForward
