Today is World Mental Health Day 🌍👂 Working in the legal industry can be stressful to say the least. We talk to people from all walks of life, and that includes listening to some of their mental health battles induced by legal matters, or other means. One thing Barings Law prides itself on is our client care. While our jobs are to help assist people in legal matters, we take the time to listen and support our clients as much as we possibly can. Hearing back from those clients who thank us for our time, patience, kindness and friendly voices at the end of the phone means more to us than we can express. It's easy to just stick to the legal facts and end the call, but we know just how important it is to just have someone listen. So today, and for every other day, we challenge other client-handling organisations to treat the person on the other end of the phone with a little bit of kindness.
