Experience the Symphony of Nature. Using technological tools, we gave each Midsummer plant and flower a special sound, creating a Baltic and Nordic folk-infused nature symphony. Enjoy the power of Midsummer. 🌿 [ID: The video opens with a DJ set that consists of plants and wires. A male hand is connecting the wires to the plants. He touches a plant, and a sound appears. The man is standing in the middle of a forest surrounded by nature, with a cliff behind him. As the video progresses, the man is revealed to be playing music on midsummer plants such as ferns, poppies, moss, etc. The DJ set shots are mixed with stunning nature views. At the end of the video, the Accenture greater-than logo appears.]

Remember this previous post https://lnkd.in/dtABHAjX where we talked about whether or not #5G is ready for the Internet of #Musical #Things (#IoMusT) and #networked #musical #performances? The answer keeps being "it depends". In our recent study, targeting a commercial 5G #NSA and a private MEC-endowed 5G #SA architecture, we experimentally show that the latter is instrumental to ensuring the < 30 ms end-to-end delays and low error probabilities that enable proper coordinations among remote musicians. The paper "Assessing a Private 5G SA and a Public 5G NSA Architecture for Networked Music Performances," co-authored by Luca Turchet and myself, is now available on IEEE Xplore. The work was presented at the 4th IEEE Symposium on the Internet of Sounds, Pisa, Italy, Oct. 2023. Check it out! 👉 https://lnkd.in/dQaGaB_y We also gratefully acknowledge Daniele Ciambrone and Domenico Francesco Puntillo (ZTE), as well as Stefano Zambon (Elk), for their kind help and support!

A new article by Matthias Frank and I has just been published open access by the Journal of New Music Research. The article is titled: "Entropy, pitch, and noise: organisation and disorganisation in the perception of closure for different types of spectra." and aims to mark an important milestone for music theory, highlighting perceptual mechanisms in timbre perception that may have had impact in the formation of innovative musical techniques in New Music. Here the link to the article, for those interested in the topic: https://lnkd.in/dUDHUpAK

Something I have been reflecting on as we approach the new year... The idea that what seems extraordinary or unreachable to one person is just everyday reality for another. Many of our limitations are perceptions, and with the right steps, we can achieve things that initially seem impossible. As we step into 2024, let’s embrace the symphony of our lives. Achieving your dream is like conducting a symphony. At first, you have different instruments (skills, resources) that don't seem to harmonize. As the conductor, you must learn how each instrument can contribute, find the right timing, and blend these sounds into a harmonious melody. The process of creating beautiful music from dissonance mirrors the journey of coordinating diverse elements in your life to achieve a goal. Let's orchestrate our 2024 with intention and harmony. What symphony will you conduct this year?

Lumispectra Definition: (noun) This vibrant term combines "Luminous," meaning full of light or radiance, with "Spectra," signifying a range of colors or wavelengths. It's used to describe a display or scene where luminosity transforms into a breathtaking array of colors, creating a dazzling visual spectacle. Usage: Picture a concert where the stage is bathed in vibrant lights, seamlessly shifting through a kaleidoscope of colors. It's not just a light show; it's a Lumispectra performance. You might say, "The concert last night wasn't just about the music; it was a Lumispectra performance. The luminous lights transformed into a breathtaking spectrum, creating a visually stunning and unforgettable experience."

In the past 3 years, the world has changed significantly due to the pandemic, prompting us to adapt and prioritize resilience. The upheaval challenged planners to let go and taught us the value of going with the flow. Amidst the pandemic, a need for self-expression emerged, and post-pandemic, a desire for communication and connection became evident. Enter improvisation—a means not only of musical expression but also of articulating profound feelings, fostering connections, and creating music in the moment. Contrary to the belief that extensive studies are required, a foundation in simple techniques is sufficient to start the improvisational journey. Dispelling the need for in-depth understanding of harmony or counterpoint, it emphasizes confiding in the heart, utilizing available means. In essence, the message is clear: the improvisational journey can begin now. -- Join my Facebook group here: https://lnkd.in/eVjxZJ2v

Founder @ NITYANCAL | I specialize in guiding IT and banking professionals to resolve relationship issues and achieve lasting harmony through a holistic approach combining , various modalities of relationships ."
#Relationship to a Symphony: In a relationship, think of yourselves as conductors in a grand symphony. 🎶 The beauty of the music lies not in one instrument overpowering the others but in the harmonious blend of each unique sound, contributing to a masterpiece. Similarly, a successful relationship thrives on the collaboration and balance between two individuals. #Embracing Harmony over Dominance: 🌟🤝 Imagine if the conductor demanded that a single instrument play louder than all others, drowning out the richness of the ensemble. It would disrupt the balance and compromise the symphony's true potential. Similarly, dominating a partner in a relationship stifles the unique qualities they bring, hindering the creation of a beautiful life composition. #Dance of Equals: 💃🕺🔄 True beauty emerges when both partners contribute their strengths, respecting and complementing one another. It's not about who plays the loudest but about the seamless dance of equals, where each partner shines in their unique way, creating a symphony that resonates with love and understanding. #TheMelody of Mutual Understanding: 🎵🎼 Just as musicians listen to each other to create a harmonious melody, in a relationship, active listening and understanding become the key notes. Dominance silences the beautiful nuances of each partner's thoughts and feelings, hindering the creation of a rich, resonant connection. #Orchestrating Love: The Art of Harmonious Relationships 🌟🌟 Imagine a relationship as a symphony, where both partners are conductors creating a masterpiece together. Instead of dominating, let's strive for harmony. Each partner, like a musical instrument, contributes unique notes to create a beautiful composition. 🎶 In a dance of equals, the melody of mutual understanding and respect takes center stage. Just as a symphony requires collaboration, a relationship flourishes when both partners actively listen and appreciate each other's unique qualities. Let's break free from the notion of dominance and embrace the beauty of balance. In the symphony of love, the magic lies in the harmonious blend of two individuals creating a masterpiece that resonates with joy, understanding, and deep connection. 💖🕊️ #RelationshipHarmony #LoveInSymphony #MutualRespect"

🎶 Finding Harmony in the Frequencies of Life 🌌 Have you ever watched a DJ masterfully mix tracks, creating a seamless flow of music that fills the room with energy? 🎧 This art of blending sounds perfectly is not just about getting the timing right; it's about understanding frequencies and how they interact with each other. Just like a DJ spinning a track, our thoughts emit frequencies that shape our reality. 🧠💫 When our mental frequencies are in harmony, they attract positive experiences and connections, creating a beautiful symphony in our lives. But when they're off, it can feel like our world is in discord. This realization brings us power – the power to consciously adjust our frequencies, to think, feel, and live in ways that align with the beautiful life we wish to create. It's about setting the right tone for our heart and mind, allowing us to attract what resonates with our deepest desires. 🌺 So, let's ask ourselves: What track are we playing today? Is it one that brings harmony or discord? Remember, we are the DJs of our lives, and with every thought, we decide the next track. Let's make it beautiful. 🎵✨
