As per contract signed by Accenture. Accenture can track their ex-employees only till 12 months post their last working day.However it is noticed that even after 12 months Accenture is still tracking their ex-employees & interviening in their life. Can you please let us know by which clause you are doing this illegal tracking #illegal_tracking #illegal #unethical

As per contract signed by Accenture. Accenture can track their ex-employees only till 12 months post their last working day.However it is noticed that even after 12 months Accenture is still tracking their ex-employees & interviening in their life.
