Some people won't like this, but I'll say it anyway: People don't quit "bad jobs". They quit "bad managers". As Victoria Repa lays out beautifully with this post... Bad managers typically : ↳ Fail to resolve toxicity at work. ↳ Or become the source of toxicity. Often it's not the job that makes someone quit. Here is what they are really leaving:  1. Distrust in leadership.  2. An incompetent boss.  3. Poor team communication.  4. Workload and pay mismatch.  5. Lack of growth opportunities.  6. Toxic workplace environments.  7. Boredom or lack of challenges.  8. Smothering micromanagement.  9. Struggles with work-life balance. 10. Feeling overqualified for the job. 11. No remote or flexible work options. 12. No space for creativity or innovation. 13. Overwork and impossible expectations. 14. Feeling unvalued and underappreciated. 15. Misaligned personal and company values. 72% of employees quit because of a toxic work environment. So let's keep discussing it to create the change we need. ♻️ Please share this post to increase awareness about the importance of positive work environments. ____ Follow Eric Partaker for more valuable content.
