Today is a huge day for BetterCloud. We just announced that we've acquired the G2 Track product from G2. If that wasn't enough we also entered into a strategic partnership with G2. This is big for a long list of reasons but in my opinion the top three are: 1. Our customers have been asking us to add SaaS spend management for at least the last 3 years. They've told us over and over that they just want to work with one vendor for all of their SaaS Management needs and now they can. Having all the functionality in one platform is going to be a game changer. Combined with G2 Track we have thousands of customers that will finally be able to realize the SaaS Management dream we've been talking about for over a decade. 2. Our strategic partnership with G2 will ultimately create the world’s preeminent source of IT buyer intelligence, providing benchmarking intelligence for SaaS product pricing, spending, budgeting and usage. On a personal level, G2 is a company I've always admired run by a founder/CEO, Godard Abel, that I've always looked up to so it's exciting to be able to partner with them on something that is so needed and critical in today's world. 3. This is the first acquisition we've ever done at BetterCloud. It took us 12 years to get the business to a place where we could execute on something like this. We now have a CEO, Jesse Levin, who has done dozens of deals like this in his career and a partner in Vista Equity Partners that does this for a living. When this is successful we'll have a blueprint to do this in a number of other areas of SaaS Management that we know should be part of the BetterCloud platform.
