You will be adaptable, creative, and have high throughput. You will be a dynamic leader with strong communication skills and an ability to optimize business performance. You will have a strong understanding of the renewables industry and will anticipate where the market is trending. You will be able to develop and implement strategic initiatives to further bolster DNV's position as a market leader and trusted voice in renewables measurements.This position will preferably be based out of our Seattle office. We will consider other DNV renewables offices such as Medford, Oakland or Austin.What you'll do Build, implement, and maintain the Measurements business plan. Empower employees, foster professional growth and progression, and encourage employee retention through personnel evaluation, coaching, mentoring, and training Optimize business performance through delivery management, cost-efficient business operations, improvement of the utilization rate, use of subcontractors, and an aligned workforce plan Support the Head of Department in strategy and decision-making Stimulate a high-performing culture, set direction, and act as a role model for an inspiring employee experience Ensure customer satisfaction for all Measurements projects Promote team capabilities internally and externally Drive innovation in Measurements by proposing new improvements, tools, and business practices to further our leadership position in the industry Actively collaborate with Service Area Leaders and corresponding roles in other business lines to evolve the service portfolio and capture customer opportunities Ensure team
