*Feedback Friday* Mastercall are overwhelmed by all the amazing feedback we receive from our patients. The feedback in the post below was from a patient who used our Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) which we run as part of the Graeter Manchester Urgent Primary Care Alliance. The words here reflect the reason why we do what we do. We receive feedback in a number of ways, from Friends and Family Feedback forms, surveys and patient forums. This week, we held our latest Mastercall patient forum with a representative from Healthwatch attending. This was very well received by all parties. Only by hearing direct from patients and receiving feedback, can we get a true understanding of how our services are being received.
