TikTok is a good growth drive, often shadowed by marketers who purely use GA as a proxy. A solid measurement plan is key and should combine ongoing optimisations, test and learn / incrementality studies and MMM. While MMM provides a clear picture of ROI enabling data driven decisions that boost performance, marketers (especially performance ones) would argue that they need real time data to validate investment ... and that's why they get sucked into GA data.
