As we celebrate long-gone Presidents in this country, ask yourself: Is new or modern always better? And how modern is something we may never have seen before, if we discover something a lot like it appearing, say, 4,500 years ago? I love studying ancient but very contemporary-seeming ideas and concepts of ethics, justice, and in this case beauty. The founders read ancient religious and philosophical texts. And this Cycladic sculpture, part of a wonderful show at the Metropolitan Museum in New York, might have been done today. Being able to write about your sculptures, the creation of your artworks and, of course, your artistic career is very interesting and remarkable. It is important to me to include your reflections in my text

Getting out of a traumatized or bullying environment is indeed a crucial #firststep towards building self-respect and unlocking one's creativity. 😫Targets of bullying often suffer from low #selfesteem, which can stifle #creativity and #problemsolvingabilities. Removing oneself from such #toxicsituations allows for #healing and #selfacceptance, which are essential for creative expression. 🎨Engaging in #artisticactivities can be powerful tools for practicing presence, building #selfworth, and connecting with one's #authenticself. These creative practices help shift the focus inward, away from external sources of #trauma or #negativity. 🚫Additionally, setting #boundaries, prioritizing #selfcare, and finding a #supportivecommunity are key to overcoming the burden of constantly having to create or perform under pressure. 🌳A safe, nurturing environment fosters the freedom to explore, experiment, and tap into one's innate creativity without fear or judgment. In essence, escaping traumatic or bullying circumstances creates the necessary space for #selfcompassion, #emotionalhealing, and #creativeexpression to flourish. It is a courageous first step towards reclaiming one's self-respect and embracing the transformative power of creativity.

Every person is unique and so is every child too. Each with their own set of unique strengths skills , personality type etc aling with our own uniqueness. As Einstein said If you judge the fish by tge ability to climb a tree ...it would forever live thinking it's useless ...instead if it focussed on its unique ability to swim ...things would be different. For past 30 years I have been mentoring students and professionals for their performance Enhancement and choosing the right career as a Career Counselor . This choice should be based on several factors including strengths , skills, etc and marks and intrest are just one of the criteria to choose ...and NOT ...The criteria .... In tge coming times of super specialisation these kids will be expected to be experts in their fields , whatever it may be ...and how can you be an expert ....it's by practicing it again and again , learning , applying etc ..... But I will do a particular thing repeatedlonly if I enjoy doing this and I am good at it ... And that's where our strengths come to play .. But at the same time when you have realised your strengths , uniqueness either by yourself or with the help and guidance of some experts ...there will also be nay sayers ...and peers who will not like you leaving the tribe and becoming someone original and not ready to follow others .... Believing in self , and pursuing what you live doing requires lots of resilience , empathy , compassion and also commitment, focus and dedication... And that's what sets Foundation for Future Leaders and Masters who transform their passion ...to profession ... And we are just being a catalyst transforming lives of these diamonds ready to shine ...they just need that polishing and fine tuning with discipline and right strategies which we are ready to offer at #Markswalla. Nice shout out in the local newspaper, Cambridge Day, for my exhibition, "Picasso: War, Combat and Revolution" that opens today at the Harvard Art Museum. Timely? Yes! Fascism concerns today ? Yes! Bombing of innocents today. Yes! The importance of artists and artists especially today to address these horrors! Yes! The exhibition will be up through May. Text below reads: the "... exhibit explores key themes of Guernica, the dictator Franco, broader imagery of death, symbolic struggles of good and evil, revolution of various types and issues, and issues of desire and capture."

I know this feeling. I know what is like to be ostracised. Sometimes workplaces don't understand neurodiverse employees. Too often they are placed in the " we don't know what to do with this employee." Then when the employee withdraws they are viewed as being lazy or not productive enough. A one sized fits all model doesn't work. it leads to self doubt and self criticism. Some employees are more effective working alone or working on task specific projects or work. Whilst I am all for building a solid team and team base. Allowing employees to find their own work style is equally important.
